Ahmed Abdelaziz Sr. MSc.
CEO
Omarica Home Builders, Inc. was founded in 1999 by Ahmed Abdelaziz. After immigrating to the United States in 1980, Ahmed began working in the hotel business. His work in the hotelier field led him to Wall Street, where he accomplished his childhood dream of becoming a successful businessman in America.
After trading for several firms in the financial markets, Ahmed decided to diversify his experience by going into real estate development. His solid success in this field led him to expand his contracting services to the public sector. Omarica Home Builders, Inc. was recently selected by Driftwood Hospitality Management to renovate their downtown Chicago Avenue Hotel, a veritable landmark in the Windy City.
In addition to Omarica's corporate relationships with Driftwood Hospitality Management, Home Depot, Expo Design Center, and Lowes Ahmed also builds and develops custom homes in the Chicago suburbs (including Glen Ellyn, Oakbrook, Hinsdale, Evanston and many more).

Robert Vaughan
Director of Design
Robert has a strong educational background as well as over 10 years in the design field.
He started his education with a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Illinois and a few years later graduated from the Sheffield School of Interior Design.
Robert's resume includes companies such as IKEA and EXPO Design Center. His focus is typically on luxury kitchens and bathrooms. Robert is currently installing his design ideas in an 8,100 SF development in Hinsdale IL in addition to a 750 kitchen design in a major high rise in Dubai.
